After long days mending miles of fences or cutting and branding cattle, cowboys would sit around the campfire and exchange stories of their lives and experiences. Some stories were no doubt blown a little out of proportion. You can see by the looks on some of the faces that this story may be in part a tall tale (Circa 1908).
