Siberian Tigers are the biggest members of the cat family (Panthera tigris altaica). Their swift and slinky style enables them to survive. The tiger moves through its territory alone and hunts at night. Tigers run extremely fast and can leap over ten feet in a single bound. A tiger's roar can be heard over a mile away.

The tiger is on the Endangered Species list because of encroachment on their habitat by humans. It is the artist's hope that by painting these magnificent creatures, adults and children alike will be able to admire them for generations to come!
